There are other presets you can try for DNxHR, like _lb which is "proxy grade", _hq which is "High Quality", and _hqx and _444 which are 10-bit with the latter having "444" chroma sampling - ie. Normally every time you transcode you lose a bit of quality if you're using lossy codecs, but in this case you're coming off a lossy codec to begin with so you can get away with a bit more. Your audio is always going to be a tiny fraction of the size of the video. Then the last part is -c:a pcm_s16le which just exports the audio as totally uncompressed PCM - just "numbers = volts" format. This is kind of the same thing, but DNxHD has a limited range of resolutions and presets that it supports and can be very picky - you need to explicitly set the bandwidth and colour depth or it'll throw an error. The -c:v dnxhd part specifies the DNxHD codec family for video, as you'd expect, and then -profile:v dnxhr_sq tells it not to attempt to use DNxHD but the newer DNxHR codec.
